We agree to perform the professional services and base our independent opinion on the ASTM and NFPA Standards and Regulations as they pertain to specific industry rules and regulations.

The opinions expressed in the report are those of our Chief Reporter, that personally prepared the report, signed the report, and if necessary, will testify in support of the conclusions contained within in the report.

We agree to keep strictly confidential all information we learn concerning each claim, unless applicable by law or regulation requires disclosure of such information.

We will perform services as specified in our fee schedule. If additional services are needed, we will discuss those specifics as they pertain to the claim with the client for their authorization.

Hodge Services acts as an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of any client.

Upon payment, all documentation produced by Hodge Services shall become property of the client who assigned the case.

We will not use client names in any advertising or marketing of our services.

We are primarily responsible for knowing that sales tax is applicable with regards to the professional services provided, including labor and materials. The applicable sales tax will be listed as a separate line item on each bill for professional services, labor and materials.

We will not use client information provided for any purpose other than the specific services we are assigned to perform, and we will not disclose or share client information provided to the extent necessary to accomplish the services requested to perform.
